Ambition Scotland - Knowledge

Hannah Rudman introducing Bill Thompson at the 'Getting Digital Roadshow' in Inverness
Ambition Scotland, project managed by Culture Sparks, is a change programme for the arts and cultural sector – helping organisations achieve their 21st century sustainability ambitions through implementing integrated IT and digital developments. Programme overview...

The AmbITion Scotland events programme is designed to help raise the technological capacity of the creative and cultural sector. It provides learning and networking opportunities that are free to attend. Whenever feasible, these events are webcast to give access to the information to the greatest possible numbers of participants. Once they have passed, a video archive from each event is posted online and is available for free, on demand for learners to access in their own time. The following listing of past and future events shows the scope of the learning opportunities available from AmbITion Scotland. Each link will take you to a page with much more information about each event.

Online Resources
AmbITion Scotland aims to provide a rich range of online resources to support the participant community and provide an information legacy that will serve the creative community of Scotland in the years to come. Some highlights of the AmbITion Scotland online offer include:
• On Demand Seminars
• On Demand Case Studies
• How to Guides
• The AmbITion Toolkit
• The AmbITion Scotland Social network
These resources support organisations undergoing organisational change or digital development. AmbITion Scotland is committed to providing this online archive because the resources need to be accessible to our extended community when their digital development work is happening. AmbITion Scotland archive all their material so that it does not exist in a silo or only for those who were able to make it on the day, but will be there for users at the moment it is most relevant to them. In this way, the programme has been able to support many more participants than would otherwise be possible.
