At Campbell Dallas, David is Head of Business Recovery & Insolvency. He has held an Insolvency Permit from ICAS for the last 25 years, is editor of “Impecunias” the ICAS/Law Society of Scotland Technical Insolvency Bulletin.
He acts for major clearing banks, credit giving suppliers and a wide range of professional advisers in conducting Independent Reviews and Formal Insolvency Appointments.
He has wide industry expertise and acts as external director in a range of commercial, cultural and charitable organisations. He is a member of the firm’s following business groups: Property & Construction, Travel, Tourism & Hospitality and Food Centre.
