Jackie Killeen

Jackie Killeen is Director of the BIG Lottery Fund in Scotland. She has responsibility for the development of BIG’s funding and strategic policy, as well as its engagement with the Scottish Government and the Scottish Parliament.

Jackie has previously worked as Head of Policy and External Relations for the New Opportunities Fund, covering a range of health, education and environment programmes and managing the Fund’s communications department. Prior to that, she worked in regeneration (for Glasgow Alliance), in the arts (for Scottish Opera), and has an academic background in cultural policy.

Jackie is also a board member of Stepping Stones for Families, a national charity that provides support, opportunity and a voice for families and young people living in disadvantaged communities.
